fuzzy PID controller. By constructing the crucible
erosion index and the fluid sensitivity factor, the present application dynamically optimizes the
fuzzy PID control
gain, matches the crucible state change in real time, solves the problem of poor adaptability of the fixed rule, improves the regulation and control precision and stability of the vacuum medium frequency furnace, and ensures the stable operation of the gas atomization
powder production process.
