electroscope used in cooperation with the nuclear phase device. The nuclear phase device comprises a
chassis vehicle, a vehicle body and at least one leaf
electrometer arm, wherein the two sides of the
chassis vehicle are provided with an
interlocking device used for opening a high-
voltage switch cabinet insulating baffle and a grounding device being matched with a grounding
insertion hole of a high-
voltage switch cabinet respectively, the vehicle body is perpendicularly fixed on the
chassis vehicle, each leaf
electrometer arm is arranged to be parallel to the chassis vehicle, one end of each leaf
electrometer arm is fixed on the vehicle body, and the other end of each leaf electrometer arm makes contact with a power supply fixed contact of the high-
voltage switch cabinet; each leaf electrometer arm comprises a contact arm, a contact and
metal rod, wherein the contact and the
metal rod are fixed at the two ends of the contact arm, the contact is matched with the power supply fixed contact and suitable for being inserted into the power supply fixed contact, the conductive connection between the contact and the
metal rod is achieved through the contact arm, and the metal rod perpendicularly penetrates through the inner side faces of the vehicle body and penetrates out from the outer side face. When nuclear phase is performed, an operating worker uses a leaf electrometer rod or the
electroscope to probe the interior of a leaf electrometer inserting hole, then the nuclear phase is directly performed, the problem that in the prior art, when faults occur to a sensor and other components, an actual voltage
signal can not be acquired to perform the nuclear phase is solved, and safety accidents are avoided.
