The invention relates to the field of cell manufacturing and energy storage, and concretely relates to a method for preparing an electrode material for an all-vanadium flow battery. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a composite spinning liquid needed by experiments, uniformly mixing carbon nanotubes with the electrode catalysis, graphite oxide, a transition metal oxide or a transition metal nitrate or halide, and the like with the composite spinning liquid, preparing a raw electrode material through a static spinning process, preoxidizing an electrode material precursor (the raw electrode material) through utilizing a vacuum/atmosphere furnace (at 200-500DEG C), and carbonizing in an inert atmosphere (at 800-1500DEG C) to obtain the needed electrode material. The obtained electrode material can be subjected to charge and discharge tests of the cell after cleaning and drying. According to the vanadium cell electrode material prepared through adopting the method of the invention, the carbon fiber diameter is in the nanometer level, the specific surface area is substantially higher than specific surface areas of traditional used electrode materials, and the oxygen content of the fiber surface is greatly improved because of the late preoxidation processing.

The invention discloses an ultrafiltration system, which comprises an original water box and a pre-treatment system, wherein the parts of the pre-treatment system are connected through high-pressure pumps; the pre-treatment system is connected with a desalination system via a high-pressure pump; the desalination system is sequentially connected with an ozone sterilizer, a fine treatment system and an ultrapure water box; the pre-treatment system comprises a multi-medium filter, an acticarbon filter, a precise filter and a hollow fiber ultrafiltration system which are connected in sequence; the desalination system adopts a reverse osmosis device; the fine treatment system adopts EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) equipment. The ultrafiltration system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the reverse osmosis device is adopted to replace a traditional used ion exchanger, and the desalination rate and recovery rate are high; in addition, not only is desalination realized, but also most bacteria, colloid and organic substances with large molecular weight are removed; the EDI equipment replaces a mixed ion exchange column, the chemical regeneration of acid and alkali is not required during running, so that a large amount of acid, alkali and water for cleaning are saved, the labor density is greatly lowered, and more importantly, the no waste acid or waste lye is discharged, so that the environmental protection is facilitated.

The microcrystalline mullite utilizes fly ash as the raw material. The method is free of traditional use of an aluminum- or silicon-containing additive for rectification of raw material chemical composition, maximally utilizes a mullite crystal phase formed in fly ash high-temperature heating and greatly reduces energy consumption in crystallization.
