Embodiment 1

[0036] refer to figure 2 The structure of a PMNT single crystal longitudinal array transducer with a resonant frequency of 11KHz was fabricated.

[0037] According to the mode of applying prestress of Fig. 4, the method of the present invention is described in detail:

[0038] (1) First according to figure 2 The structure of the longitudinal array transducer shown, using Ansys software to design the PMNT single crystal longitudinal vibration transducer with a resonant frequency of 11KHz (mainly including the radiation head 1, the tail load 3 and the middle piezoelectric element stack 2 ) of material, size and quantity used. Among them, the materials of the front radiation head 1 and the tail load 3 are selected from aluminum and copper respectively, the surface of the front radiation head 1 is designed to be a square 40×40mm, and the tail load 3 is φ20×φ7×32mm, and a common stress screw 5 is used. The diameter is 7mm. The piezoelectric element stack 2 is composed of 8 PM...

Embodiment 2

[0043] Embodiment 2: refer to figure 2 According to the pressure method shown in Figure 4 and the steps described in Example 1, a PMNT single crystal transducer with a prestress of 12.0Mpa was fabricated, and then cured at a low temperature of 50°C for 40 hours. The capacitance of the solidified PMNT single crystal transducer measured by a capacitance meter is 16.5nF. Subsequently, the PMNT single crystal transducers were vulcanized with polyurethane rubber at 40 °C for 24 hours to seal them into a single array. The pool test results show that the PMNT single crystal transducer has a maximum emission voltage sensitivity Svmax=147.0dB (corresponding to a frequency of 11KHz), and a maximum receiving voltage response sensitivity of Momax=-172.5dB (corresponding to a frequency of 14KHz). Compared with the PMNT single crystal transducer in Example 1, its emission sensitivity is higher, and its reception sensitivity is slightly lower.

Embodiment 3

[0044] Embodiment 3: refer to figure 2 According to the pressure method shown in Figure 4 and the steps described in Example 1, a PMNT single crystal transducer with a prestress of 6.0Mpa was fabricated, and then cured at a low temperature of 60°C for 70 hours. The PMNT single crystal transducer was vulcanized with rubber for 40 hours at 60°C to seal it into a single array.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing niobium magnesium acid lead-lead titanate single crystal longitudinal-vibration energy exchanger. Wherein, it comprises: using Ansys software to design front radiator, tail load and piezoelectric crystal pile, to be assembled; using table clamper to position the front radiator; functioning -12.0MPa prestress on the tail load; welding the positive copper electrodes via one wire, as the anode of energy exchanger; welding the passive copper electrodes via one wire as the cathode; putting it into low-temperature oven at 30-60Deg. C to be solidified for 20-72 hours; sealing and vulcanizing. The invention has low working temperature, simple stress function, to express the high electromechanical couple property of PMNT single crystal material, to control the receiving sensitivity of longitudinal vibration energy exchanger.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sonar and underwater acoustic transducer, in particular to a method for controlling the receiving sensitivity of a lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate single crystal longitudinal vibration transducer. Background technique [0002] Functional materials are the key components of transducers. To a large extent, the improvement of transducer performance depends on the emergence of new functional materials. PZT piezoelectric ceramics developed in the 1950s have become the material of choice for underwater acoustic transducers due to their wide operating temperature range and excellent electromechanical conversion efficiency. [0003] In recent years, new functional materials such as relaxor ferroelectric single crystal materials such as lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate (Pb(Mg 1 / 3 Nb 2 / 3 )O 3 -PbTiO 3 , referred to as PMN-PT or PMNT) has made a breakthrough in the growth and preparation, and its research and application ha...
