Problems solved by technology

In addition, during the visual inspection and transportation of the punched optical film, the adhesive may be stuck or contaminated
Improving the handling of these manufacturing processes has also become an important issue together with the improvement of the above-mentioned peeling, warping, and light leakage. As mentioned above, the improvement cannot be expected for adhesive compositions containing plasticizers and oligomer components.

Embodiment 1

[0103] (preparation of adhesive)

[0104] Add 100 parts of butyl acrylate and 0.3 parts of 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile together with ethyl acetate in a reaction vessel equipped with a condenser tube, a nitrogen gas introduction tube, a thermometer and a stirring device, and stir under nitrogen gas flow , After making it react at 60 degreeC for 4 hours, ethyl acetate was added to the reaction liquid, and the solution (30% of solid content concentration) containing the acrylic polymer with a weight average molecular weight of 1.65 million was obtained. With respect to 100 parts of solid content of the above-mentioned acrylic polymer solution, 0.2 part of dibenzoyl peroxide (manufactured by NOF Corporation: Naipa BO-Y), 0.07 part of trimethylolpropane xylyl peroxide, and 0.07 part of trimethylolpropane xylyl peroxide were mixed. Isocyanate (Mitsui Takeda Chemical Co., Ltd.: Takenet D110N) and 0.2 parts of a silane coupling agent (manufactured by Soken Chemical Co., Ltd.: A-100, c...

Embodiment 2

[0108] (preparation of adhesive)

[0109] In Example 1, 0.2 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide (NOF Corporation: Naipa BO-Y), 0.15 parts of trimethylol peroxide, and 0.15 parts of trimethylol Propane xylyl diisocyanate (Mitsui Takeda Chemical Co., Ltd.: Takenet D110N), 0.2 parts of silane coupling agent (manufactured by Soken Chemical Co., Ltd.: A-100, containing acetoacetylsilane coupling agent), and other , others are all operated in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain an acrylic adhesive.

[0110] (Production of adhesive optical film)

[0111] The above-mentioned adhesive was applied to a separator made of a polyester film surface-treated with a silicone-based release agent, and heat-treated at 150° C. for 5 minutes to obtain an adhesive layer with a thickness of 20 μm. The separator having the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was transferred to one side of the polarizing plate A to prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive polarizing plate.

Embodiment 3

[0113] (preparation of adhesive)

[0114] In Example 1, 0.2 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide (manufactured by NOF Corporation: Naipa BO-Y), 0.6 parts of trimethylol peroxide, and 0.6 parts of trimethylol Propane xylyl diisocyanate, 0.2 parts of silane coupling agent (made by Soken Chemical Co., Ltd.: A-100, containing acetoacetyl silane coupling agent), except that, others are all operated in the same way as in Example 1 to obtain acrylic acid adhesive.

[0115] (Production of adhesive optical film)

[0116] The adhesive obtained above was coated on a separator made of a polyester film surface-treated with a silicone-based release agent, and heat-treated at 150° C. for 5 minutes to obtain an adhesive layer with a thickness of 20 μm. The above-described separator having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was transferred onto the polarizing plate A to obtain an adhesive polarizing plate.

Abstract

Disclosed is an adhesive for optical films which is characterized by mainly containing an alkyl(meth)acrylate, not containing a functional group reactive with an isocyanate group, and containing 0.02-2 parts by weight of a peroxide (B) and 0.01-5 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound (C) per 100 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic polymer (A). By using such an adhesive for optical films, there can be obtained an adhesive optical film of good quality wherein warping and light leakage caused by stress accompanying a dimensional change of a constitutional member such as an optical film can be suppressed. In addition, such an adhesive optical film has high durability and excellent handling properties during the production steps.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to adhesives for optical films. Moreover, this invention relates to the manufacturing method of the adhesive layer for optical films using this adhesive agent for optical films, and the adhesive layer for optical films obtained by this manufacturing method. In addition, the present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for the optical film is laminated on at least one side of the optical film. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to image display devices such as liquid crystal display devices, organic EL display devices, and PDPs using the pressure-sensitive adhesive optical film. As said optical film, a polarizing plate, retardation film, an optical compensation film, a brightness improvement film, and the film which laminated|stacked these etc. are mentioned. Background technique [0002] Considering the image display mode of the liquid...
