Abstract

The method comprises: (1) the preparation of crude oil: leftover is chosen, classified, crushed and steam-cooked to separate and extract crude oil; (2) refining the crude oil, the method comprises: alkali refining and deacidification and concentrated alkali is adopted for alkali refining and deacidification at low temperature, salty boiled water is added and Chinese honeylocust fruit is centrifuged from the mixture after static placing and centrifuging; the mixture is cleaned by water to remove sundries and then dehydrated, decolorized and deodorized. Fish oil of much higher quality can be produced after further deacidification, deodorization, freezing and degreasing. The obtained fish oil comprises 6-10 percent of EPA, 5-12 percent of DHA, 20-27 percent of oleic acid, 7 -11 percent of linoleic acid, 3-6 percent of linolenic acid, 1-5 percent of C20:4 and 15-22 percent of C16:1 and has comparatively high medical and health-protection function, therefore, the channel catfish oil is a significant dietary source of functional fatty acid with great market potential.
