Abstract

The invention relates to the drug-eluting device field, in particular to a method for preparing holes with different sizes on the surface of a drug-eluting device. The method adopts the technical proposal that the method comprises the following steps that: the drug-eluting device which is made of metallic materials and washed clean is immerged in an etchant solution without oxidbillity for prefabricated hole treatment; a conductive material is taken as a cathode, and the treated drug-eluting device undergoes anodization, so as to prepare holes with a certain size; and another conductive material is taken as a cathode, and the treated drug-eluting device undergoes anodization, so as to obtain holes with another size. The method has the advantages that: the holes are directly prepared on the surface of a body of the drug-eluting device by means of combination of chemistry and electrochemistry; and the method is simple and easy to control.
