Abstract

The invention discloses a soil remediation microbial inoculum produced by the fermentation of multiple-thalli mixed liquor and a preparation method thereof. Original strains of azotobacter, P- releasing bacteria, silicate bacteria, biological control bacteria, microzyme, trichoderma, penicillium, lactobacillus and photosynthetic bacteria are selected and mixed with water to form original bacteria solution which is then added into a seeding tank in a proportion of 4 percent to form seed solution. The seed solution is then added into a production tank according to a proportion of 10 percent to form the soil remediation microbial inoculum. The method includes the steps: the azotobacter, the P- releasing bacteria and the silicate bacteria are mixed with water and added into a triangular flask at the temperature controlled at 37 DEG C and cultured for 24 hours in a shaking manner; the biological control bacteria, the microzyme, the trichoderma and the penicillium are mixed with water and cultured for 48 hours to 72 hours in a swing bed and aerobic fermentation is carried out for 16 hours; the lactobacillus is mixed with water and added into a Kolle flask and cultured at the constant temperature of 37 DEG C for 24 hours; and the photosynthetic bacteria are mixed with water, added into a Kolle flask and cultured under a 60W to 80W incandescent lamp for 3 days to 5 days.
