Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of oxidized starch, and relates to a preparation method of starch. The oxidized starch comprises the following materials, has the following parts of weight of the materials, and the method comprises the following preparation procedure: (1) dissolving 1-5 parts of urea peroxide and 0.3-0.5 part of sodium bromide as a catalyst by 10-15 parts of water to obtain hydrating solution A; (2) adding 1000 parts of starch to a reaction kettle and jetting the hydrating solution A to the reaction kettle for even mixing; (3) allowing 0.5-2h reaction in the reaction kettle at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C; (4) discharging the obtained product and cooling the product by a fan to keep the water content at 12-14% to obtain the oxidized starch product; and (5) crushing the oxidized starch product, sieving with 40-mesh sieve and bagging. The preparation method has the advantages of simplifying production procedures; shortening reaction time, enhancing the production efficiency by 30%, reducing adjuvants and manufacturing cost by 50%, producing no polluting wastewater and benefiting environmental protection compared with the prior art.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention is a method for preparing oxidized starch, which relates to a method for preparing starch. Background technique [0002] The existing preparation method of oxidized starch, such as wet preparation, the preparation steps are: 1. Put the starch into the reaction tank, add water and mix to adjust the concentration; 2. Add lye to adjust the pH value, that is, adjust the PH value of the starch slurry; 3. 1. Add sodium hypochlorite solution for oxidation reaction. The reaction at room temperature takes about 3 hours; 4. Add sodium sulfite for dechlorination; 5. Add dilute hydrochloric acid to neutralize and adjust the PH value of starch slurry; 6. Change water and wash; 7. Dry ; 8. Crush, sieving and bagging. Its shortcomings are: 1. There are more preparation steps, longer time, and lower production efficiency; 2. Higher production costs; 3. Not environmentally friendly, the waste water generated during the preparation of the product contai...
