[0040] Embodiment 2: Metabolites of Burkholderia pyrrole JK-SH007 are effective against 3 kinds of poplar canker pathogens (comprising Phomnopsis sp. (Phmnopsis sp.), Cytospora chrysosperma (Cytospora chrysosperma), Aesculus Plate inhibition of Thielavia aesculi (Fusicoccum aesculi).

[0044] Example 3: Growth promotion of Burkholderia pyrrole JK-SH007 on 150-day-old Populus americana seedlings.

[0045] Burkholderia pyrrole JK-SH007 was inoculated in NB medium for 48 hours of fermentation, and the seeds of Populus nigra were soaked in the 48-hour fermentation broth of the strain for 3 hours, rinsed with sterile water, and then sowed. The seeds were soaked in sterile water as a control. Seedling height 15cm Dingmiao, 4 plants per pot, measure seedling height and ground diameter after 150 days. Compared with the control, inoculation of JK-SH007 fermentation broth can significantly promote the growth of seedlings (Table 3). Compared with the control (CK), the treatment inoculated with JK-SH007 had significant differences in ground stem and seedling height, and the effect of promoting growth was obvious, see figure 1 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a burkholderia pyrrocinia JK-SH007 which is classified and named as burkholderia pyrrocinia and preserved in China center for type culture collection (CCTCC) with the preservation number of M 209028 and the preservation date of February 18th, 2009. The invention also discloses the application of the burkholderia pyrrocinia in controlling dothiorella gregaria and promoting poplar to grow. The invention further provides a bactericide for controlling dothiorella gregaria, which is obtained by inoculating the JK-SH007 in a culture medium to be fermented and cultured. The JK-SH007 is plant endophyte which has strong inhibiting effect for botryosphaeria dothidea of the poplar and antagonism for various pathogenic fungis, and has the advantages of simple culture condition, easy storage and commercial process as well as good developing and applying prospect.
