Problems solved by technology

[0006] At present, the research in the field of feed enzymes is mostly concentrated on protease and amylase, and there is no in-depth research on feed pectinase
In addition, in production, most of the crude enzyme preparations are obtained by fermentation of complex bacteria, and the product components and proportions are not clear enough, and the functions of various enzymes are not clear enough, making it difficult to apply scientifically and rationally to animal production
After investigation, no reports related to this study have been found in my country

[0028] Effect of Pectinase Preparation on Digestibility of Goose Diet

[0029] Twenty-four healthy geese aged 24 months were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group. The first group was the control group (basic diet), and the remaining three groups were the experimental groups. Group 2, Group 3, and Group 4 added 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.3% pectinase, respectively. The in vivo digestion and metabolism test was carried out by the method of collecting feces, and the crude protein (CP), amino acid (AA), CF, and ammoniacal nitrogen (NH) in feed and feces were detected. 3 -N), calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) and other nutrients and the number of fecal microorganisms to determine their apparent digestibility and study the effect of pectinase on the digestibility of goose corn-soybean meal diet.

[0030] The in vivo digestion and metabolism test results showed that under the condition of consistent intake of nutrients such as metabolizable energy (ME) a...

Abstract

The invention relates to a technology for producing feed-stage pectase by fermenting animal-source penicillium oxalicum obtained by being separated from a goose body, which belongs to the field of microorganism fermentation. An enzyme preparation with high enzyme activity, long storage period, good keeping quality, stable ingredient percentage content and high purity is produced by solid fermentation. The total enzyme activity of the produced pectase enzyme preparation reaches 10123.22U*g; the enzyme activity of polygalacturonic acid is 5101.23U*g which is 50 percent of the total enzyme activity; the pectinesterase activity is 6986.52U*g, which is 69 percent of the total enzyme activity; and the pectin lyase activity is 0.56U*g, which is 0.005 percent of the total enzyme activity. When 0.2 percent of the pectase enzyme preparation is added into the animal daily food, the digesting rate of coarse fiber (CF) is increased by 17.04 percent, the digesting rate of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) is increased by 12.15 percent, the digesting rate of acid detergent fiber (ADF) is increased by 13.95 percent, the net protein utilizing rate (NPU) is increased by 9.53 percent, and the apparent digestibility of Ca and P are respectively increased by 7.04 percent and 8.38 percent than those of a contrast group. The technology solves the key producing technical problem of the unconfirmed enzyme ingredient and the content of the enzyme preparation used for producing the feed of compound bacteria fermentation, and provides a new technology for the reasonable compatibility and application of the enzyme preparation of different ingredients of the pectase.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for producing feed grade pectinase by fermenting animal source Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thom. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of feed industry and animal husbandry, the problem of shortage of feed resources has become increasingly serious, which has become the main limiting factor affecting the further development of my country's feed industry and animal husbandry. In August 2007, the national average price of corn was 1.66 yuan / kg, up 16.1% over the same period last year; the average price of soybean meal was 2.83 yuan / kg, up 13.7% over the same period last year; alfalfa hay increased by more than 20% over the same period last year. It is predicted that in 2010, China's energy feed will be short of 22-38%, and protein feed will be short of 40%. Two main ways to solve the lack of feed resources are: improving the utilization rate of existing feed resources and developing new feed resourc...
