Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic paint removing method for an enamelled wire by thermal state and quenching and a device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: performing oxygen-poor thermal state treatment on the enamelled wire; in the inert atmosphere or oxygen-poor atmosphere, heating the enamelled wire raw material at the heating rate of 7 to 9 DEG C per minute to 480 to 550 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, wherein a paint film of the enamelled wire is denatured; and taking the processed enamelled wire out quickly, and immersing the enamelled wire into water bath at below 30 DEG C for quenching. The method can adopt the condition of the prior thermal state treatment furnace, and only ensures the tightness. The automatic paint removing technology for the enamelled wire by thermal state and quenching has strong applicability and can process mess line bodies with multiple sizes; and because of oxygen-poor low-temperature decomposition, the method and the device have less air displacement, can meet the requirement of cleaning technology, and are favorable for reducing the secondary pollution on the atmospheric environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of resources and environment, and in particular relates to a method and a device for automatic devarnishing of enameled wires by thermal quenching. Background technique [0002] Enameled wire is an important "electrical insulation material", which is prepared by coating polymer insulating varnish on copper, aluminum, manganese-copper alloy and other metal wires according to a specific production process. This specific insulating varnish is enameled wire varnish. Due to the requirements of technology and resource recovery, the enameled wire needs to remove the surface paint without changing the performance of the metal wire. At present, the common method is to use the paint remover to soak and clean, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the paint film. However, domestic organic paint removers mostly use aromatic hydrocarbons as the main components, which are highly toxic and cause secondary pollution dur...
