Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: after the electroplating wastewater is homogenized and averaged by quantity, adjusting the electroplating wastewater to corresponding acidity according to the concentration of Cr<6+>; biochemically treating the electroplating wastewater by a BM optimized strain; adjusting the pH of the electroplating wastewater to between 8 and 9, and treating in a complex breaking tower for 1 to 2 hours; ensuring that the complex breaking tower flows out after complex heavy metals are converted into ionic state; and ensuring that the electroplating wastewater enters an aeration tank and a coagulating basin for further coagulation and impurity removal; and finally performing mud-water separation.
