Embodiment 1

[0023] see figure 1 , figure 2 , a method for asbestos mineral wet ultrasonic cotton selection, comprising the steps of stirring and pulping, dispersing, desanding, dehydration, separation, and collecting; said stirring and pulping is asbestos ore by water: asbestos ore=1000:2 The weight ratio is added in the stirring tank, and the asbestos ore is fully dissolved under stirring, and dispersed in water to form asbestos slurry; the dispersion and sand removal are to introduce the above-mentioned asbestos slurry from the pipeline 5 into the ultrasonic dispersion tank 1, and at the same time, the asbestos slurry is introduced by the water inlet valve. 6 Inject water into the ultrasonic dispersion tank 1, start the ultrasonic generator 7 to generate ultrasonic waves, use water 2 as the medium, and disperse the ultrasonic waves for 5 to 15 minutes to fully disperse the asbestos fibers 3 and at the same time make the sand and stones 4 in the asbestos slurry settle naturally At the ...

Embodiment 2

[0025] see figure 1 , figure 2 , the stirring pulping is that asbestos tailings are added into the stirring tank according to the weight ratio of water: asbestos tailings=1000:6, and the others are the same as in embodiment 1.

Embodiment 3

[0027] see figure 1 , figure 2 , the stirring pulping is that asbestos production waste slag is added to the stirring tank according to the weight ratio of water: asbestos production waste slag=1000:8, and the others are the same as in embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for selecting asbestos from asbestos-like minerals by a wet process by using ultrasonic waves, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: pulp preparingby stirring, dispersing, desanding, dehydrating, separating and collecting; specifically, adding the asbestos-like minerals and water into a stirred tank, fully dissolving the asbestos-like mineralsby stirring and dispersing the asbestos-like minerals in water to form asbestos pulp, then leading the asbestos pulp into an ultrasonic dispersion slot to be dispersed in an ultrasonic manner, fully dispersing asbestos fibers and simultaneously precipitating sand and stones in the asbestos pulp at the bottom of the ultrasonic dispersion slot naturally. The method causes no damage on the original ecological length of the asbestos, ensures low energy consumption and zero pollution, can be used for extracting the asbestos from asbestos mines, asbestos tailings, asbestos production dregs and marketable chrysotile. By the method, the extraction efficiency of the asbestos is high, the extraction ratio of the asbestos is close to 100%, the production efficiency is high and the production cost islow. The method uses no chemical assistants, thus avoiding water from being polluted by the chemical substances adopting the surfactants for mineral separation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting asbestos from asbestos minerals, in particular to a wet ultrasonic cotton selection method for asbestos minerals. Background technique [0002] Asbestos is a naturally occurring collection of fibrous minerals that split into fine, flexible fibers. According to the difference in composition and structure, asbestos is generally divided into chrysotile asbestos (also known as serpentine asbestos), amphibole asbestos (alkaline amphibole asbestos is also collectively referred to as blue asbestos), brucite asbestos, etc. Among them, chrysotile asbestos has the largest output and the widest distribution, accounting for more than 98% of the total output; the output of amphibole asbestos and brucite asbestos is small. Chrysotile has various physical and chemical properties, which determine its multi-functionality and broad application fields in industrial utilization. There are thousands of asbestos products pr...
