Abstract

The material comprises glass fiber products and wood veneers, and the glass fiber products are arranged between two veneers at the bottom layer of the laminated veneer lumber, wherein angular separation formed by the longitudinal and latitudinal fiber of the glass fiber products and the fiber of the veneers ranges from 0 to 90 degrees. The producing method of the glass fiber reinforced laminated veneer lumber comprises the following steps: spreading glue on veneers, wherein the glue selects phenol aldehyde resin, and the single spread is 120-220g / m<2>; assembling blanks along with the grain and adding a glass fiber reinforced layer, and then aging for 10-60 min; and hot-pressing at the temperature of 130DEC G-180 DEG C for 0.7-1.7 min / mm (veneer thickness), wherein the blank compression ratio is 10%-50%.
