The dispersing agent is one or two of triphenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate benzilate, styrene-acrylic acid copolymer, triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether and triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene propene ether, and the wetting agent is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and / or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene succinate sulfonate.
