Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing biodiesel by using waste oil and fat. An adopted technical scheme is that the method comprises the following steps of: putting purchased waste oil and fat into a vertical oil-water separator, performing centrifugal separation on the oil and the fat at a rotating speed of 17,000 revolutions per minute, and taking an oil phase; throwing the oil phase into an esterification reaction tank, adding a mixture of potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide and methanol in a weight ratio of 1:1 into the esterification reaction tank in turn, raising the temperature to 60 DEG C under stirring, and performing a reaction for 1 to 1.5 hours to obtain a crude product, wherein the weight ratio of the used amount of the oil phase to the mixture of the potassium hydroxide and the sodium hydroxide to the methanol is 100:0.15-0.25:10-20; throwing the crude product into a sedimentation tank, performing standing for 5 to 6 hours for sedimentation, discharging impurities from the bottom of the sedimentation tank, and taking a supernatant liquid; and throwing the supernatant liquid into the oil-water separator, and performing centrifugal separation on the supernatant liquid at the rotating speed of 17,000 revolutions per minute to obtain a finished product. The method has the advantages of stable quality, high performance and environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical synthesis methods, in particular to a method for producing biodiesel from waste oil. Background technique [0002] Diesel is a compression ignition engine (ie diesel engine) fuel and one of the most consumed petroleum products. Compared with gasoline engines, diesel engines have higher thermal efficiency, higher power, lower unit fuel consumption, and are more economical, so they are widely used and their demand is increasing year by year. However, the natural resources of diesel are limited. With the continuous exploitation, not only cannot meet the growing demand , but also damage the environment. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a renewable diesel fuel that can replace petrochemical diesel. For this reason, many domestic enterprises and colleges and universities have developed biodiesel successively, but the common problems are: the method is complicated; the use of acid catalysis system pro...
