The samphire extract is a concentrate obtained by respectively carrying out distilling concentration and the evaporating concentration of a rotary evaporator on a samphire water extract, a samphire alcohol extract, a supersonic water extract and a supersonic alcohol extract, and an inhibiting action research result of the samphire extract on the tyrosinase activity is provided. The four extracts have obvious differences of the inhibiting action on tyrosinase using tyrosine as a substrate.
