Embodiment 1

[0016] Choose 1kg of no pollution, no moldy laver, pulverize it with a pulverizer, sieve it, and mix it with water. Put the sample into an ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic extraction, the ultrasonic power is 300W, the ultrasonic mode is ultrasonic for 1 minute every 5 minutes, the extraction temperature is 50°C, and the extraction time is 5h. The taurine extract enters the ultrafiltration membrane separation system after being pressurized by the pump, and the taurine flows into the dialysate storage tank through the plate membrane, while impurities such as proteins, polysaccharides and solid suspended particles are intercepted. The conditions used for membrane separation are: the inlet pressure is 0.40MPa, the outlet pressure is 0.08MPa, and the temperature is 42°C. After the filtrate is concentrated, the sample is separated and purified by a chromatographic column, and gradient elution is carried out with pure water, 20%, 40%, and 60% ethanol aqueous solution, and the content o...

[0018] Choose 1kg of no pollution, no moldy laver, pulverize it with a pulverizer, sieve it, and mix it with water. Put the sample into an ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic extraction, the ultrasonic power is 700W, the ultrasonic method is 1 minute every 5 minutes, the extraction temperature is 60°C, and the extraction time is 7h. The taurine extract enters the ultrafiltration membrane separation system after being pressurized by the pump, and the taurine flows into the dialysate storage tank through the plate membrane, while impurities such as proteins, polysaccharides and solid suspended particles are intercepted. The conditions used for membrane separation are: the inlet pressure is 0.45MPa, the outlet pressure is 0.1MPa, and the temperature is 45°C. After the filtrate was concentrated, the sample was separated and purified by a chromatographic column, and the gradient elution was carried out with pure water, 20%, 40%, and 60% ethanol aqueous solution, and the content of tauri...

[0020] Choose 1kg of no pollution, no moldy laver, pulverize it with a pulverizer, sieve it, and mix it with water. Put the sample into an ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic extraction, the ultrasonic power is 400W, the ultrasonic method is 1 minute every 5 minutes, the extraction temperature is 55°C, and the extraction time is 6h. The taurine extract enters the ultrafiltration membrane separation system after being pressurized by the pump, and the taurine flows into the dialysate storage tank through the plate membrane, while impurities such as proteins, polysaccharides and solid suspended particles are intercepted. The conditions used for membrane separation are: the inlet pressure is 0.5MPa, the outlet pressure is 0.12MPa, and the temperature is 47°C. After the filtrate is concentrated, the sample is separated and purified by a chromatographic column, and gradient elution is carried out with pure water, 20%, 40%, and 60% ethanol aqueous solution, and the content of taurine is d...

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for extracting and preparing taurine from laver, which comprises the following steps of: crushing pollution-free and mildew-free laver serving as a raw material, sieving, mixing the powder with water in an amount which is 3 to 6 times the volume of the powder, and putting the mixture into an ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic extraction; adding extract into an ultrafiltration membrane system for separation; and concentrating filtrate, separating and purifying by using a chromatographic column, performing gradient elution by using pure water, and 20 percent, 40 percent and 60 percent aqueous solution of ethanol, concentrating eluent in vacuum and drying to obtain high-purity taurine. The process is simple, safe and reliable and has high production efficiency;the production condition is easy to control, and the product has a few impurities and high purity; and the production cost is low, the high-purity taurine product, and laver protein and laver polysaccharide byproducts with high added value can be obtained at the same time, the high-purity taurine can be taken as the raw material of other industries (such as foods and feeds), and the market competitiveness of enterprises is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of deep processing of marine products, in particular to a process for extracting and preparing taurine from laver. Background technique [0002] As a traditional food and traditional Chinese medicine, seaweed has been used for thousands of years in our country. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records that "seaweed is mainly used for curing the throat: heat is troubled by throat, boiled juice to drink, galls and beriberi are suitable for eating." "Dictionary of Chinese Marine Drugs" also has records that laver has "cooling and expelling heat, softening and resolving hard masses, diuresis and swelling, and nourishing the kidney and nourishing the heart". [0003] Seaweed is not only rich in laver polysaccharides, protein, vitamin A (carotene), B, C, E, calcium, iodine, unsaturated fatty acids, such as EPA and DHA, but also rich in taurine and other physiologically active substances. [0004] Taurine was origin...
