Abstract

The invention relates to a sensitizer special for an emulsion explosive, in particular to a foaming agent for the emulsion explosive. The foaming agent is formed by mixing an agent A and an agent B according to a weight ratio of 1:(1.2-1.5), wherein the agent A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 1.2 percent of thiourea, 22 to 30 percent of sodium nitrate, 2.1 to 4.2 percent of potassium nitrite, 0.9 to 1.5 percent of urea and 63.1 to 74.5 percent of water; and the agent B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 12 percent of ammonium nitrate, 1.5 to 3 percent of nitric acid, 1.2 to 2.5 percent of glacial acetic acid, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of phosphoric acid, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of citric acid, 1.5 to 3.5 percent of urea, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of sodium thiocyanate, 1 to 2 percent of sodium bicarbonate and 73.9 to 85.5 percent of water. The foaming agent has the advantages of high foaming speed, good foaming effect, small aftereffect, easily controlled density, high safety, low probability of extrusion and the like; meanwhile, the emulsion explosive sensitized by a chemical foaming agent has the characteristics of high explosion speed, large explosive capacity and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a special sensitizer for emulsion explosives, in particular to a foaming agent for emulsion explosives. Background technique [0002] In emulsion explosives, the function of the foaming agent used is to form tiny bubbles in the emulsion explosive colloid, use the tiny bubbles to generate hot spots, and increase the density of the explosive. At present, the commonly used chemical foaming agent exists, the foaming speed is slow, resulting in interruption of the process, it is difficult to realize the charging and sealing of emulsion explosives, and the continuous production of packaging affects production efficiency, and the corresponding heat preservation process and equipment increase energy efficiency. Consumption and production management costs; the foaming effect is not ideal, which in turn affects the performance of emulsion explosives and blasting; the "after effect" effect is large, the density is not easy to control, the...
