Embodiment 1

[0025] Synthesis of platinum nanowires: reduction of platinum acetylacetonate in oleylamine at 160°C and thermal decomposition of iron pentacarbonyl to obtain FePt nanowires with a diameter of 2-3nm (see Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 46 (2007), 6333-6335 ), then heat and stir under acidic conditions to corrode the Fe wrapped around the Pt nanowires to obtain platinum nanowires. Scan the obtained nanowires by electron microscope, and the results are as follows figure 1 ,From figure 1 It can be seen that the diameter of the platinum nanowire is 2 to 3 nm.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Such as figure 2 As shown, using the Pt nanowires obtained in Example 1 as a catalyst to catalyze nitrobenzene to aniline in a liquid phase, the steps are as follows:

[0028] Disperse a certain amount of Pt nanowires and nitrobenzene in a solvent, evacuate the air in the reactor under reduced pressure, and pass in hydrogen (1atm). After the reaction, the product is analyzed by GC. The influence of different solvents on the reaction See Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0032] Such as figure 2 As shown, using the Pt nanowires obtained in Example 1 as a catalyst to catalyze nitrobenzene to aniline in a liquid phase, the steps are as follows:

[0033] A certain amount of Pt nanowires and nitrobenzene were dispersed in methanol, the air in the reactor was evacuated under reduced pressure, and hydrogen (different pressures) was introduced. The reacted solution was analyzed by GC (Table 2).

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of catalytic reduction, particularly relating to a method for preparing amino-compound by taking platinum nanowires as catalyst to carry out the catalytic reduction of nitro-compound. The method for preparing amino-compound from nitro-compound comprises the following step: preparing amino-compound by using nitro-compound as reactant and platinum nanowires as catalyst at 100 DEG C under 0.1-10 of atmospheres. In the invention, as the platinum nanowires are used as catalyst to carry out the catalytic reduction of nitro-compound and generate amino-compound, andthe reaction can be carried out at 0-100 DEG C and under 0.1-10 of atmospheres and the reaction conditions of high temperature and high pressure can be avoided. Therefore, the required reaction equipment is simple, the energy source consumption is reduced, and the method is more economical compared with the prior art.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of catalytic reduction, and specifically relates to a method for preparing an amino compound by catalytic reduction of a nitro compound using platinum nanowires as a catalyst. Background technique [0002] Amine compounds are important organic synthesis intermediates in the chemical industry. They can be used to synthesize antioxidants, dyes, active components, polymer modifiers, adhesives, photoresist, photosensitive materials, food additives, and drugs. [0003] In the prior art, the methods for preparing amino compounds from the reduction of nitro compounds are usually: (1) iron powder or alkali sulfide reduction method, (2) hydrazine hydrate reduction method, and (3) catalytic hydrogenation reduction method. The iron powder or alkali sulfide reduction method is mainly used in industry. This method has mature technology, low equipment investment, low catalyst price, and easy operation. However, a large amount of three was...
