Problems solved by technology

However, few people use the neutralized and bleached products directly, because the treated black acid recovery material contains 15-30% inorganic salts, i.e. Glauber's salt and sodium chloride, and the water content is also 30-50%. Left and right, if the amount added to the liquid detergent is too much, the content of inorganic salt will also increase, causing the liquid detergent product to be stratified; and if the amount added to the solid detergent is too much, due to the high moisture content, the solid product will be delaminated. The fluidity becomes extremely poor, which also reduces the aesthetics of the product

Embodiment 1

[0025] 1. Weigh 1Kg of solid caustic soda, and make a 30% solution of caustic soda for later use;

[0026] 2. Mix sulfonic black acid and AOS black acid at a ratio of 4:6 and weigh 5Kg of the mixed acid. In a 25Kg plastic bucket, slowly add caustic soda and keep stirring to control the reaction speed to prevent the temperature from being too high (around 60°C) and prevent swelling;

[0027] Take a sample in the plastic barrel for dilution, and then measure the pH value of the liquid material with pH test paper until the object in the plastic barrel becomes a neutral pH value of 7-10, stop adding caustic soda when the neutralization reaction is completed; make the surface in the black acid The active agent becomes its sodium salt, so that the waste sulfuric acid in the black acid becomes the detergent raw material Glauber's salt;

[0028] 3. Leave it for a period of time to cool the material in the plastic bucket to 40°C, and then carry out the bleaching reaction, which can ma...

Embodiment 2

[0033] 1. Application in washing powder

[0034] Because the black acid recovery treatment of the present invention contains high active matter, it can replace sulfonic acid and other surfactants in whole or in part in the washing powder, which can reduce the cost and improve the washing performance of the product. The decontamination test shows that sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) and detergent builder REA have a good synergistic effect between the two mass ratios of 4: 1-5 in the phosphorus-containing powder, and LAS: REA is 4: At 3, the synergistic effect is the most significant, as shown in the table below.

Abstract

The invention discloses a production process for comprehensive cyclic utilization of the sulfonation by-product nigrotic acid. The process comprises the following steps: 1) adding caustic soda into nigrotic acid for a neutralization reaction so as to allow a surfactant in nigrotic acid to turn to a sodium salt of the surfactant and waste sulfuric acid in nigrotic acid to turn to a raw material for a washing agent, i.e., mirabilite; 2) bleaching the resultant of neutralization of nigrotic acid with a sodium hypochlorite solution; 3) adding clear water into the bleached solution and carrying out spray drying; 4) adding soda ash or 4A zeolite into a product obtained after spray drying for granulation. Nigrotic acid treated with the process provided in the invention turns into particles, main components of which are a surfactant, mirabilite and soda ash, and the particles are extensively applied in washing agents, thereby utmostly realizing utilization of the waste, conservation of cost and a good environmental protection effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical industry, and in particular relates to a production process for the comprehensive recovery and utilization of black acid, a by-product of sulfonation. Background technique [0002] Surfactants are the main raw materials for the production of detergents, shampoos, cosmetics and other products. During the sulfonation of sulfonic acid, AOS, AES and other surfactants, the tail gas contains organic mist particles, SO 2 , SO 3 and other substances, the organic particles in the exhaust gas can be effectively removed by using an electrostatic demister. Due to the excessive sulfonation of organic matter, the color of the by-products is very dark. The waste acid (accounting for 0.1%-0.4% of the organic raw material) received from the electrostatic demister is generally black and unstable in composition. These by-products Basically, it cannot be used directly and is called black acid. Moreover, the production of s...
