Embodiment 1

Abstract

The invention relates to a nonlinear optical film with gold silver nanoparticles and dispersal oxide and its preparation method, which belongs to the metal nanoparticles and oxide composite material field. The nonlinear optical film with gold silver nanoparticles and dispersal oxide is characterized in that the a composition general formula of the chemical component is AgxAuy / (Co3O4)1-x-y, wherein x,y is respectively expressed the mol fraction of the composition element of Ag and Au, the value range of x is 0.01-0.60, the value range of y is 0.01-0.60, the value range of 1-x-y is 0.20-0.98. The gold silver nanoparticles are dispersed in a cobaltosic oxide matrix in a form of alloy, the diameter range of the gold silver nanoparticles is 1-500nm. The peak position of an alloy absorption peak is regulated and controlled by the mol fraction of gold silver composition elements. The absorption peak is appeared at the wave band of 350-650nm of the film, the film has excellent nonlinear optical property and increases the wavelength selection scope of non-linear luminous absorption.
