Abstract

The invention discloses a biological preparation capable of preventing and treating human gastric diseases, i.e., an anti-Helicobacter pylori specific yolk immunoglobulin (anti-HP-IgY) preparation, and especially to a novel dosage form thereof, i.e., a floating tablet in stomach, and the invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicines. The anti-HP-IgY gastric floating tablet uses yolk immunoglobulin specifically resisting Helicobacter pylori (i.e., anti-HP-IgY) as an active component and hydrophobic pharmaceutic adjuvants and hydrophilic pharmaceutic adjuvants as auxiliary components. The gastric floating tablet enables retention time of the active component (anti-HP-IgY) in stomach to be prolonged, which is very helpful for anti-HP-IgY in killing of Helicobacter pylori Hp intermittently floating upward from pylorus; the anti-HP-IgY gastric floating tablet has the advantages of strong specificity, no drug resistance, no toxic and side effects and good thermal stability, acid resistance and antiprotease performance. Raw materials for preparing the tablet are easily available, and a manufacturing method for the table is simple and is convenient for popularization and utilization.
