[0021] Adaptive frequency tracking system for passive sensing electronic tag readers such as figure 1 . The adaptive frequency tracking system is composed of a phase-locked loop circuit 1, a drive circuit 2, a power amplifier circuit 3, a sine wave square wave conversion circuit 4, a delay circuit 5, an antenna coil L, a resonant capacitor C, and a drop resistor R. The phase-locked loop circuit includes a phase-frequency detector (PFD) 11 , a charge pump (CP) 12 , a voltage-to-current converter (V2I) 13 , a current-controlled oscillator (CCO) 14 , and a loop filter (LF) 15 .
[0022] The phase frequency detector (PFD) 11 in the phase locked loop circuit is as figure 2. The circuit includes two D flip-flops U1 and U2 with reset function, a 2-input OR gate U3, a 2-input AND gate U4, and two 2-input NAND gates U5 and U6. The input terminal of the D terminal of U1 is connected to a high level, the Clk terminal is connected to the input signal Data, the Reset terminal is connec...
