Embodiment 1

[0032] The weight of each component of the nursery pot:

[0033] Edible Mushroom Waste Stick 51kg

[0034] 10 kg corn stalks

[0035] White mud 0.1 kg

[0036] Dry the waste edible fungus sticks and corn stalks in the sun, crush them separately and carry out modification treatment; then mix the waste edible fungus sticks, corn stalks and white mud with water to form a ball without rot, and then put them into a 5cm-diameter In the conical mould, the finished product of the seedling pot can be obtained after pressing with a pressing machine and drying in the sun.

Embodiment 2

[0038] The weight of each component of the nursery pot:

[0039] Edible Mushroom Waste Bran 60kg

[0040] 15 kg corn stalks

[0041] Modified starch 1 kg

[0042] Dry the above-mentioned waste edible fungus chaff and corn stalks in the sun, crush them separately and carry out modification treatment; then add water to mix the waste edible fungus chaff, corn stalks and modified starch to form a ball without rotten, and then put it into a 5cm-diameter In the cylindrical mould, the finished product of the seedling pot can be obtained after being pressed by a pressing machine and dried in the sun.

Embodiment 3

[0044] The weight of each component of the nursery pot:

[0045] Edible Mushroom Waste Bran 65kg

[0046] Straw 20kg

[0047] Polyvinyl alcohol 0.5 kg

[0048] The above-mentioned waste edible fungus chaff and wheat straw are dried in the sun, crushed separately and then modified; then the waste edible fungus chaff, wheat straw and polyvinyl alcohol are mixed with water and stirred into a ball without rotten, and then put into a caliber of In the cylindrical mold of 4cm, after being pressed with a pressing machine, carry out drying in the sun and can obtain the finished product of nursery pot.

Abstract

The invention discloses a degradable nutritional seeding-raising pot and a manufacturing method thereof. The seeding-raising pot comprises the following components in parts by weight: 51 to 90 parts of edible fungus wastes, 10 to 49 parts of vegetable fibers, and 0.1 to 10 parts of adhesive, wherein the plant fibers are one or combination of more than two of corn stalks, wheat-straws, beanpoles, bagasse, sugarcane leaves and straws; and the adhesive is one or combination of more than two of white mud, modified starch, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: modifying raw materials; and pressing the raw materials by using a press. The seeding-raising pot disclosed by the invention is environmental-friendly, can be used for improving the soil quality, has low production cost, and is favorable for solving the problem on recycling wastes in the edible fungus industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seedling pot, in particular to a degradable nutritional pot suitable for sowing, separating seedlings, cuttings, tissue culture and planting of vegetables, melons and fruits, flowers and other crops, and using waste edible fungus sticks as the main raw material. Seedling pot and manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the current market, with regard to the cultivation of agricultural or horticultural seedlings or seedlings, such as flowers, vegetables, saplings, rice, etc., except for a few directly sprinkled seeds in the nursery, most of them are implanted with plastic. Seedling pots or trays, or implanted in plastic seedling pots or flower pots in the form of cuttings. After the seedlings with seeds germinate or grow to a certain extent, the seedlings or seedlings are removed and replanted. In a nursery or another seedling pot or flower pot, transplanting in this way will not only waste manpower, but...
