Then put the crucible into the muffle furnace, set the calcination temperature to 500°C, and after calcination for 5 hours, cool it down to room temperature naturally to obtain a light-colored rod-shaped ZAO powder, which is about 3.5 μm in length and 200 nm in diameter as observed by a transmission electron microscope.
