Embodiment 1

Abstract

According to the invention, a hydrothermal-template method is adopted; and the preparation method includes the following steps: adding corresponding zinc source, aluminium source and a template agent into a hydrothermal reaction kettle; after adding water and uniformly stirring, regulating the pH value of a reaction system into 7 to 8 by utilizing ethylenediamine; after performing the hydrothermal reaction for a certain time, carrying out centrifugal analysis and drying on a precursor; and calcining at a certain temperature to obtain the light color rodlike ZAO nano powder. The powder has excellent electrical conductivity, has high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, can be used as a connecting material of a micro electronic device and can overcome the defects of a zero-dimension ZAO powder material in application.
