The process for preparing the plant whitening skin-changing product comprises the following steps of: squeezing the raw materials and extracting to obtain raw solutions respectively, and then disinfecting the raw solutions at a high pressure respectively, and filling the disinfected raw solutions in different bottles; stirring all the squeezed raw materials together to form a paste, and then placing the paste in a crock containing cooking wine and white vinegar, storing for at least two years, and extracting to obtain a liquid as a mother raw solution; and mixing the raw solutions according to different proportions so as to prepare various products.
