Example Embodiment

[0043] Example 1

[0044] The components and weight percentages of the wound spray of this embodiment are as follows:

[0045]

[0046] The preparation process is as follows:

[0047] ⑴ Pre-preparation of functional ingredients: Weigh the prescription amount of benzalkonium chloride, rose sesame oil, VA64, and sodium lauryl sulfate and mix them evenly, add an appropriate amount of ethanol, and fully disperse in a high-speed homogeneous disperser for use.

[0048] ⑵ Preparation of blank film-forming stock solution: Weigh the prescribed amount of PVB, isooctane, ethyl cellulose, and ethyl oleate and mix them evenly, add the remaining amount of solvent, and mix well to make it completely dissolved.

[0049] ⑶ The spare solution of step (1) and the blank film-forming stock solution of step (2) are mixed thoroughly and poured into the spray device to obtain a liquid band-aid containing 0.2% benzalkonium chloride.

Abstract

The invention provides a wound spray for treating bruises. The wound spray is composed of effect ingredients and a blank film formation stock solution, the effect ingredient are selected from one or more of external use disinfectants, external use antibiotics, local anesthetic and skin astringing ingredients, the blank film formation stock solution comprises polyvinyl butyral, a film formation auxiliary, a plastification viscosity-regulation agent, a surface active agent, a volatilization-assisted antisticking agent, a porogen, an aromatic and a solvent. The wound spray has the advantages that the film formation auxiliary is added so that formed films are more elastic; by means of the plastification viscosity-regulation agent, the regulated viscosity of the formed films is more suitable; by means of the volatilization-assisted antisticking agent, the volatilization of the stock solution is accelerated, and a spray valve is prevented from being blocked; and by means of combined actions of the ingredients, the wound spray is good in bactericidal effects and bioadhesive performances and capable of accelerating wound healing, ventilating wounds, preventing bacteria, inhibiting the bacteria and wetting the wounds.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to a wound spray which can be used for the treatment of abrasions and rapidly forms a film on the abrasions, and belongs to the field of medical technology. Background technique [0003] Skin abrasion is a very common trauma, which is caused by violent contact with the skin at a tangential position, especially the palms, elbows, knees, calves, cheeks, etc. are most likely to be injured, and the wounds vary in size. Epidermis damage can be seen after abrasions, the wound surface is pale, and there are many small bleeding spots and interstitial fluid oozing, and some wounds can go deep under the skin, resulting in full-thickness damage to the skin. If the wound surface formed after skin damage is not treated properly, it will easily lead to infection and suppuration, and it will not heal for a long time, forming scars, or local pigmentation. Therefore, how to treat the wound well and promote the early healing of the wound...
