Problems solved by technology

[0003] Since starch contains a large number of hydroxyl groups, it is a hydrophilic substance, and EVA is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, which is a hydrophobic substance, so the compatibility between the two is poor. If the two are not treated, they will easily dissolve in the EVA matrix. Agglomeration or falling off under the action of external force, resulting in poor mechanical properties of the prepared material, and basically no use value

Abstract

The invention provides a composite foamed shoe material formed by polyolefin and polyolefin elastomers grafted with starch in a dry process and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, widely available and fully degradable starch is used for dry graft copolymerization with EVA resin and elastomers in an internal mixer, additives like an inorganic filler, a cross-linking agent and a foaming agent are added, and then specific process flow is employed so as to prepare the composite foamed shoe material formed by polyolefin and polyolefin elastomers grafted with starch in a dry process. The method provided by the invention can well overcome the problem of compatibility of starch with EVA resin, a solvent is not needed in the process of grafting, an obtained grafted copolymer does not need to be separated, and the method has the advantages of simple operation, convenient processing and high practicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a method for preparing composite foamed shoe materials grafted with starch dry-process polyolefin and polyolefin elastomer. Background technique [0002] Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) has the advantages of good plasticity, elasticity, light weight after foaming, good mechanical properties, easy coloring and comfortable wearing, and is deeply loved by the shoe material industry. However, EVA belongs to the elastomer of polyolefin, which has stable performance in the natural environment, is difficult to degrade, and is easy to cause white pollution, threatening the living environment of human beings. And starch comes from green plants, which is inexhaustible, and has complete biodegradability in various environments, and the development of starch application is conducive to increasing farmers' income and promoting the development of rural economy. More importantly, relevant literature shows that starch can promote the degradation o...
