Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of auricularia auricular polysaccharides. The method adopts agarics as raw materials, and extracts auricularia auricular polysaccharides with a method for combining the polyethylene glycol / ammonium sulfate two aqueous phase extraction and the hollow fiber membrane separation by stewing at high temperature; and the extracted polysaccharides are spray-dried to obtain the solid powder auricularia auricular polysaccharides. The method can obtain high-purity soluble auricularia auricular polysaccharides. Meanwhile, the method can combines the membrane separation with the two aqueous phase extraction, thus greatly fastening the extraction mass transfer rate. The two aqueous phase system is separated by the membranes so as to avoid the emulsification resulted from small interfacial tension of the two aqueous phase system, and greatly reduce the dosage of organic solvents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of food processing, and in particular relates to a preparation method of fungus polysaccharide. Background technique [0002] Fungus contains acidic mucopolysaccharides, which are composed of monosaccharides such as L-fucose, L-arabinose, D-xylose, D-mannose, D-glucose and glucuronic acid, and are gray-white filamentous. Fungus polysaccharides have a preventive effect on hyperglycemia. It can significantly reduce the formation of hypercholesterolemia caused by hyperlipidemia and high cholesterol; fungus polysaccharides can promote the immune function of the body, including increasing spleen index, half-fold hemolysis value and E rosette formation rate. Promote macrophage phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation rate, enhance the body's cellular immunity and humoral immunity, and have significant anti-tumor activity; fungus polysaccharides have anti-aging activity, enhance nucleic acid and protein metabolism. It ca...
