The outer shield material also comprises nitrile rubber. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the plasticizing agent a, the conductive carbon black a, the conductive carbon black b and the antioxidant are stirred in a low-speed kneading machine; and the rest components are mixed and stirred in a high-speed kneading machine.
