Embodiment 1

[0023] The preparation of embodiment 1 oridonium leaf water extract

[0024] After washing 21g of dried Radix japonicus leaves with tap water, add 500ml of double distilled water and stir and extract at 80°C for 30 minutes. The clear liquid obtained by filtration was concentrated under reduced pressure at 40° C. to obtain 6.3 g of water extract of Radix radix leaves as a pale yellow solid. Grind into powder for later research use.

Abstract

The invention relates to a rabdosia rubescens liquid extract and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes cleaning dry rabdosia rubescens with running water, adding double distilled water according to the proportion of 1:(20-28) (g:ml) and stirring and extracting for 10-60 minutes at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C, filtering to obtain clean liquid, concentrating the clean liquid at the temperature of 40 DEG C on a decompressing condition, and finally obtaining the dry powder of the rabdosia rubescens liquid extract. The invention further provides an analysis method of the rabdosia rubescens liquid extract, and further relates to application of the rabdosia rubescens liquid extract on ovariectomized rat model as an anti-osteoporosis agent.

Description

field of invention [0001] The present invention relates to the water extract of Boswellia leaves and its preparation method, to the HPLC-diode array / (-)ESI-MS-MS fingerprint of the water extract, and to the evaluation of the water extract on the ovariectomized female mouse model. Extract as an anti-osteoporosis agent. The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine. Background technique [0002] Osteoporosis is a multifactorial metabolic bone disease characterized by diffuse bone loss. More than 50% of postmenopausal women over the age of 50 experience fractures caused by osteoporosis at some point in their lives. Among the women with fractures caused by osteoporosis, more than 50% will take a long time to recover, which will inevitably lead to some sequelae including death. It is estimated that at least 20% of women who experience a fracture die. Preliminary surveys in Beijing and Shanghai show that the prevalence of osteoporosis in women over 60 years old is 40-50%. ...
