The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the agriculture and forestry wood fiber carbonized powder, the coal powder, the bonding agent, the desulfurizer and the water according to the respective weight percents, thus obtaining a mixture; and shaping the mixture on a shaping machine at normal temperature, thus obtaining the biomass briquette.
