The braking flux comprises 3-10wt% of phosphoric acid aqueous solution coated on the fixing plate and 5-15wt% of zinc chloride aqueous solution coated on the six-level rod. The process comprises the following steps: (a) pretreatment is conducted to the six-level rod and the fixing plate through the braking flux, and the braking flux comprises 3-10wt% of phosphoric acid aqueous solution coated on the fixing plate and 5-15wt% of zinc chloride aqueous solution coated on the six-level rod; (b) the six-level rod after being conducted the pretreatment is welded on the fixing plate through the welding wires and a brazing process, and the welding wires include 95-98wt% of tin, 1-4wt% of silver and 0.5-2wt% of copper; (c) after being welded, the six-level rod is washed through 2% hydrochloric acid solution, and then the six-level rod and the fixing plate are washed through purified water.
