The preparation method is implemented through preparing phosphorus slags into modified phosphorus slags or phosphorus slag dispersions, or directly uniformly mixing the phosphorus slags, the epoxidized natural rubber, the coupling agent, the crosslinking agent and other additives on a rubber mixing mill in a conventional mode, thereby preparing the phosphorus slag-epoxidized natural rubber composite; or after modified phosphorus slag dispersions are uniformly mixed into epoxidized natural latex under the condition of constant stirring, further carrying out a series of conventional machining processes such as solidifying with ethanol or steam or water boiling, tabletting, washing and drying on the obtained product so as to obtain the composite.
