Abstract

The pulse laser with high peak energy is output by the pulse laser device and enters the surface of the reflection type diffractometer through the beam expander, the incident light can be focused on the surface of the tipping paper by the reflection type diffractometer in the reflecting mode, and then the holes with diameters of 20-500 microns are punched.
