Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding quick lime in microbial fermentation fungus dregs, and adjusting the pH value; (2) adding silkworm excrements, uniformly mixing materials, and then, naturally stacking for fermentation; and (3) granulating and drying. By using the method, the pollution problem of a microbial fermentation enterprise is solved; and the microbial fermentation fungus dregs and the silkworm excrements used as byproducts generated by the local sericulture are treated simultaneously, thus the organic matter content is greatly increased, and the fertilizer efficiency is increased. The method is simple and convenient to operate, smaller in investment, high in yield and capable of turning wastes into things of value; and the prepared organic fertilizer is an efficient and environment-friendly fertilizer, and the technical index of the organic fertilizer conforms to the provision of the industrial standard NY525-2012 organic fertilizer of the ministry of agriculture.
