The modified acrylate rubber-containing cable sheath material utilizes the modified acrylate rubber as a main material and through acrylate rubber modification, performances such as heat resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance and ozone resistance are greatly improved. Through utilization of zirconium fluoride and ceramic powder as fillers and the iron making waste residues as strengthening agents, a low smoke amount, flame retardation, environmental friendliness and safety are obtained.
