Abstract

The invention discloses a transparent fireproof coating which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-55% of amino acid sodium phosphate resin, 30-38% of inorganic phosphate, 4-6% of thickening agent, 3-5% of dispersing agent and 3-5% of film forming agent. According to the transparent fireproof coating disclosed by the invention, the amino acid sodium phosphate resin and the inorganic phosphate are used as base materials, the amino acid sodium phosphate resin also serves as a foaming agent and a charring agent, and the inorganic phosphate also serves as a catalytic dehydrating agent; and by adding the dispersing agent and the film forming agent, the dispersity and film forming property of the system are improved. The coating disclosed by the invention is transparent liquid and can be self-dried at normal temperature; and the coating has good flame resistance and thermal insulation as well as an obvious fireproof effect.
