Embodiment 1

[0028] (1) Biogas residue treatment

[0029] Select biogas residues that have been fully fermented and decomposed, have normal gas production for more than 3 months, and have no feces odor, and pile them up in a high-lying place to drain the water, and keep stirring to remove the ammonia smell, so that the water content is 75%;

[0030] (2) Cultivation material preparation

[0031] Ingredients: Mix 30 kg of processed biogas residue with 60 kg of mulberry twigs, then add 1 kg of quicklime, adjust the water content to 70%, mix well, cover with plastic film, and ferment for 48 hours, then add corn flour 8 kg, 1 kg of gypsum powder and mix well to obtain a mixture, which is made into a compost;

[0032] Packing and sealing: According to the degree of dryness and humidity of the culture material, adjust the water content of the culture material to 70% with water, then pack them into special polyethylene bags with a width of 23 cm and a length of 45 cm, and tie the mouth of the bag...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation method of pleurotus citrinopileatus. The method comprises the steps as follows: treatment of biogas residues, preparation of a cultivation material, inoculation, spawning, fruiting and crop harvest, wherein the treatment of the biogas residues comprises the following steps: the biogas residues which are sufficiently fermented and decomposed, normally produce gas for more than three mouths and are free from fecal odor are stacked on a higher place for leaching, and the water content is 70%-80%; the preparation of the cultivation material comprises the following steps: proportioning, bagging and sterilization, the cultivation material comprises components in parts by weight as follows: 30-50 parts of biogas residues, 40-60 parts of ramulus mori scraps, 8 parts of corn flour, 1 part of lime and 1 part of gypsum powder; the sterilized cultivation material is cooled and inoculated; the inoculated cultivation material is cultivated for 25-30 days; fruiting is performed after a cultivation bag is overgrown with mycelia; a crop of pleurotus citrinopileatus is harvested before a fruiting body cap edge is spread but not involute; and fertilizer and water are appropriately supplemented after a crop of pleurotus citrinopileatus is harvested. The cultivation method of the pleurotus citrinopileatus utilizes the biogas residues for cultivating the pleurotus citrinopileatus, and has the advantages of wide material sources, convenience, simple technology, labor saving, time saving, material saving, low cost, good quality, high production, good benefit and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating edible fungi, in particular to a method for cultivating yellow elm mushrooms. Background technique [0002] Elm yellow mushroom, also known as Pleurotus chinensis and Golden top mushroom, is delicious, nutritious, and has medicinal and health value of nourishing and strong. It is not only loved by Chinese people, but also very popular in the international market. Cottonseed hulls are often used as cultivation materials for the production of yellow mushrooms. As the price of cottonseed hulls rises, the improvement of production efficiency of yellow mushrooms is affected. [0003] Biogas residue is the product of anaerobic fermentation of biomass in a biogas tank. In addition to rich nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, calcium and other nutrients, it also contains 30-50% organic matter, 10-25% humic acid, crude Protein 5-9%, trace elements, 17 kinds of amino acids, various microorganisms, enzymes, e...
