The varnish is characterized by being composed of following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 to 14 parts of polymethylphenylvinylsiloxane, 4 to 6 parts of diethylene glycol dibenzoate, 3 to 4 parts of triethyl citrate, 2 to 3 parts of alkenyl succinic acid, 1 to 2 parts of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 1 to 2 parts of anti-oxidant DSTP, 3 to 4 parts of distearoyl isopropoxy aluminate, 6 to 8 parts of polyisobutylene, 1 to 2 parts of cyclohexanone peroxide, 2 to 3 parts of bis(aminocyclohexyl)methane, 3 to 4 parts of vinyl carboxylic ester, 5 to 6 parts of vinyl acetate, 1 to 2 parts of calcium naphthenate and 4 to 5 parts of film forming agent.
