The kit comprises a CTAB (Cetyltrimethyl Ammonium Bromide)-containing borate buffer solution, a sodium bicarbonate solution, a hydrogen peroxide solution, a potassium thiocyanate solution, a gold nanorod solution, a standard colorimetric card F and a colorimetric tube, wherein the pH of the CTAB-containing borate buffer solution is 7.4-9.6, and the concentration of the CTAB-containing borate buffer solution is 10-200 mM; the concentration of the sodium bicarbonate solution is 0.01-1 M; the concentration of the H2O2 solution is 0.01-1 M; the concentration of the potassium thiocyanate solution is 0.01-1 M.
