Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing artificial fluorite from fluorine-containing waste gas in a phosphorus chemical industry. The method comprises the following steps of introducing 500mL of collected fluorine-containing waste gas in the phosphorus chemical industry into a three-mouthed flask which contains 35mL of 20% ammonia water, sealing the three-mouthed flask, reacting, and then, filtering out silicon dioxide precipitates; putting a filtrate in a constant-temperature water bath, adjusting the temperature to be 50 DEG C, adding 3.340g of calcium chloride solution, and reacting for 10 minutes at the temperature of 50 DEG C while stirring at the rate of 300 r / min; after the reaction is completed, cooling a reaction solution, carrying out vacuumized concentration at the temperature of 90 DEG C, and drying in a drying oven; determining the yield of artificial fluorite by using an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. According to the method, calcium fluoride is prepared through absorbing the fluorine-containing waste gas in the phosphorus chemical industry by using ammonia water, so as to provide a raw material for a fluorine chemical industry, the cost is low, no pollution exists, and the process operation is simple. In addition, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the method is simple, the operation is convenient, the environment is protected, and resources are saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial fluorite preparation, and in particular relates to a method for preparing artificial fluorite by using fluorine-containing waste gas from phosphorus chemical industry. Background technique [0002] After the phosphate rock is decomposed by strong acid, fluorine exists in the gas form of silicon tetrafluoride (SiF4) and hydrofluoric acid (HF) in the steam. Fluorine-containing gas is not only highly corrosive, but if the human body breathes a small amount of fluorine-containing gas, the body will feel uncomfortable, and if it is inhaled for a long time, it will cause depression, limb weakness, and severe poisoning death. If it is not recycled and directly diluted with water and discharged, fluorine will pollute the water system and cause plants to turn yellow and die, so the discharge of fluosilicic acid into rivers will cause serious environmental pollution, and the waste of fluorine resources i...
