Problems solved by technology

However, the results of ELISA specificity analysis showed that these 6 monoclonal antibodies not only showed positive reactions with the clinically isolated Mycoplasma bovis strain and the ATCC standard strain PG45, but also all prepared monoclonal antibodies had cross-reaction with Mycoplasma agalactiae PG2, so it was impossible to achieve the Specific detection of Mycoplasma bovis (Ren Zemin, Jiang Yong, etc., Preparation and Identification of Monoclonal Antibody to Mycoplasma bovis, Chinese Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Volume 39, Issue 7, 2012)

Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-mycoplasma bovis monoclonal antibody, a hybridoma cell strain secreting the monoclonal antibody and an application. When the monoclonal antibody reacts with different mycoplasma strain mycoproteins, Western Blotting results indicate that the monoclonal antibody 3G11 only performs specific immune reaction with a mycoplasma bovis isolate, and does not react with mycoplasma mycoides SC (MmmSC), mycoplasma mycoides LC (MmmLC), mycoplasma capricolum pneumonia (Mccp), M.agalactiae, and M.ovipneumoniase. Therefore, the anti-mycoplasma bovis monoclonal antibody has good specificity, can be used for diagnosing and testing mycoplasma bovis infection, and provides an effective approach to prevent and control the disease.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specific to bovis mycoplasma, a hybridoma cell line producing the monoclonal antibody, a preparation method and application thereof. It belongs to the field of disease diagnosis and detection. Background technique [0002] Mycoplasma (Mycoplasma), also known as mycoplasma, is the smallest prokaryotic microorganism known to be able to grow in artificial media. Mycoplasma has no cell wall, and the cell morphology is pleomorphic; it can pass through a 0.22 μm bacterial filter (Nicholas & Ayling, 2003). Its genome is small, its GC content is only 27.8mol%-32.9mol%, and its biosynthesis and metabolism are low. Resistant to antibiotics such as penicillin that act on the bacterial cell wall. Mycoplasma exists widely in nature, mainly distributed in sewage, soil, animals, plants and human bodies. Mycoplasma was first discovered in cattle with contagious pleuropneumonia in 1700, and it was not until 1898 that F...
