Bacterial filter A filter fine enough to prevent the passage of bacteria (0.5–5 μm in diameter), which permits removal of bacteria from solutions. Viruses are considerably smaller, and will pass through a bacterial filter.

Bacterial manure microcapsule formulation special for mangrove forest, preparation method thereof and special equipment

The invention relates to a special bacterial manure microcapsule preparation for mangrove. The preparation is characterized in that: s: 1) the preparation consists of a degradable micro-granular capsule with azotobacter and phosphate-dissolving bacteria for promoting growth of mangrove; 2) bacterial seeds of the azotobacter for promoting growth of mangrove is cultivated by an OAB culture medium; bacterial seeds of the phosphate-dissolving bacteria for promoting growth of mangrove is cultivated by a phosphate-dissolving bacteria selective culture medium SRSM; and 3) the degradable micro-granular capsule is prepared from stock solution of a wall material, stock solution of a core material, a hardener and a solidifying liquid. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) the zotobacter and the phosphate-dissolving bacteria for promoting growth of mangrove are collected, sifted and cultured; 2) the microcapsule preparation is prepared; and 3) the bacterial manure microcapsule preparation is stored. The structure of special equipment has the characteristics that the special equipment comprises an air compressor (1), an air filter (2), a bacteria filter (3), a granule spraygun (4), a glue solution bottle (5), a vibrator (7) and a filter (8). The bacterial manure microcapsule preparation has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, stable product quality, long shelf life and convenient storage and transportation.

Burkholderia sp. Strain ES-89 for preventing and treating fungal diseases of plants as well as culture method and application

The invention discloses a Burkholderia sp. Strain ES-89 for preventing and treating fungal diseases of plants as well as a culture method and application. The culture method comprises the following steps: A, inoculating an ES-89 strain into a nutrient broth culture liquid for activation; B, inoculating the activated ES-89 into a triangular flask with the nutrient broth culture liquid, and performing shake cultivation; C, centrifuging fermentation broth obtained from shake cultivation under a certain condition, and filtering an upper layer of fermentation broth by a bacterial filter to obtain sterile supernate; D, washing the bacterium with sterile water to prepare a bacterial suspension, and storing the fermentation broth, the fermentation supernate and the bacterial suspension. The strain is preserved with the preservation number of CCTCC, CCTCC NO: M 2016665, and the strain ES-89 can be applied to preparation of medicines for treating or preventing plant pathogenic fungi. The strain has an inhibition function on coptis chinensis leaf spot diseases and the like, and can be applied to prevention and treatment on multiple plant diseases. The prevention and treatment effect of the strain on the coptis chinensis leaf spot diseases can be 88% or greater, the culture method is feasible, the operation is simple and convenient, the pollution in the production process is reduced, solvent poisoning is avoided, and the application prospect is relatively good.

Efficient autotrophic denitrification method of bacterial filter

An efficient autotrophic denitrification method of a bacterial filter belongs to the wastewater autotrophic nitrogen removal field. The efficient autotrophic denitrification method comprises the steps of: inoculating a CANON process biological membrane and successfully activating the autotrophic nitrogen removal bacterial filter in an anaerobic-first and aerobiotic-later activation manner; and after the reactor is successfully activated, increasing the gas-water ratio of the reactor, namely the ratio of aeration rate to water inlet flow, by controlling the water inlet flow and the aeration rate, thereby continuously improving the removal load of the reactor. When the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the reactor is greater than 99%, the water inlet flow is increased; when the concentration of nitrite nitrogen in yielding water is less than 30 mg / L, the aeration rate is increased; and finally, the total nitrogen removal rate of the reactor reaches 80-89% and the total nitrogen removal load reaches 1.0-3.11 kgN.m<-3>.d<-1>, and therefore, efficient autotrophic nitrogen removal is realized. The efficient autotrophic denitrification method provided by the invention solves the problem of low treatment load of the full autotrophic nitrogen removal reactor; and an efficient implementing method is provided for full autotrophic nitrogen removal of the bacterial filter.
