Abstract

The invention relates to a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) coating for a polyester woven cloth. A fabric with the density of 50-60D is used as a base cloth, and a PVC film which is 15-19 yarns in thickness is adhered to the base cloth at a high temperature, wherein the PVC film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin powder, 50-60 parts of diisononyl phthalate, 1-5 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 2-8 parts of barium-zinc stabilizer, 1-3 parts of antibacterial agent, and 0.2-1 part of rutile titanium dioxide; and the fitting temperature is 190-215 DEG C.
