Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation material of a low-temperature-resistant illumination-resistant nylon binding tape. The preparation material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nylon alloys, 15-25 parts of glass fibers, 10-30 parts of low-temperature-resistant modifying materials, 0.5-1.5 parts of a coupling agent, 1.5-8.5 parts of a plasticizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of an antioxidant, 0.2-1.4 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.1-5.0 parts of a coloring agent, and 0.5-1.5 parts of an ultraviolet absorber. The invention further discloses a production method of the binding tape. The production method comprises the steps of mixing the material, preparing into granules and preparing the nylon binding tape by injection-molding. The low-temperature-resistant illumination-resistant nylon binding tape disclosed by the invention has no embrittlement after being sustained for 72 hours at a low temperature of -60 DEG C, has no crackles after being wound, and has illumination resistance and tensile strength retention rate not less than 92% after being sustained for 168 hours under a high temperature of 180 DEG C.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a binding strap, in particular to a low-temperature-resistant and light-resistant nylon binding strap. Background technique [0002] Generally, cable ties are generally used in indoor bundling of televisions, computers and other internal connections, such as lighting, motors, electronic toys and other products, the fixing of internal lines, the fixing of mechanical equipment oil pipelines, the fixing of cable lines on ships, and the packaging or bundling of bicycles. Other objects, can also be used for bundling items such as farming, gardening, handicrafts, etc. The product has the characteristics of fast binding, good insulation, self-locking fastening, and convenient use. [0003] However, with the expansion of the application range of cable ties, when the cable ties are used in outdoor binding environments, the existing cable ties have a short light resistance time and cannot withstand low temperatures. It is prominent tha...
