Abstract

The invention discloses a method for controlling the geometric dimension of a rubber product of a nuclear power plant through temperature gradient. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing raw materials in a rubber mixing mill; (2) preheating a selected mold at the temperature of 100 to 110 DEG C, and filling the uniformly-mixed raw materials into the preheated mold; (3) placing the mold filled with the raw materials in a flat vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing under the pressure of 10 to 12MPa, and performing de-molding to obtain the rubber product.
