The method comprises the following steps: adding a certain amount of lime milk into the sludge to be treated, wherein the addition is generally 0.1-1wt%; adding the liquid obtained by mixing sodium silicate and sulfuric acid through a high-speed stirrer, wherein the addition is 0.01-0.5wt%; stirring for about 2-10 minutes, blowing in air or carbon dioxide to reduce the pH value to 7.5-8.5; and putting the slurry into a sedimentation tank or air flotation tank for separation. Through a series of water absorption, hydrolysis and hydration reactions, an irreversible condensation hardened shell is formed, and the sludge particles have certain water stability and strength stability.
